You'll enjoy all the amenities of home and more, Including two inviting sun rooms, whirlpool tubs in each master bedroom, sleeper sofas in each living room, flat screen TV's in bedrooms and living rooms, two washer & dryer units, two dishwashers, two wet bars, two fully stocked kitchens. Each town home has one master bedroom with a whirlpool tub, a standard bedroom with a Jack & Jill bath (Shared with living room area). This is a "lock-off" Town home which means its 2 side by side identical units with a common entry door. Each unit sleeps six people and two units combined will sleep up to 12 people. The Townes has a community pool perfect for children of all ages and ample space for sunbathing. King's Creek Plantation is next to Water Country USA, exit to Busch Gardens, shopping, dining, 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg, and the Yorktown and Jamestown beaches. Other amenities include two other outdoor pools, fitness center, onsite restaurant (seasonal), miniature golf, tennis and basketball courts. There are also outdoor gas grills with picnic tables, playgrounds, and a horseshoe pit. This property offers a family vacation you will never forget!

Summary: The two units were beautiful, well stocked, and spacious. We really enjoyed the amenities! We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We rented both sides for a mini family reunion. Great amount of space for 5 adults and 7 kids ages 1-13. We enjoyed both outdoor pools and the littles loved playing in the playground. The door ways open to connect both sides and it was great to have two living rooms while the younger crowd napped on one side the others could watch tv on the other side. Great location close to water parks, shopping, and colonial Williamsburg and Busch gardens. It is a time share so they do invite you to watch a presentation, but they’re not pushy if you decline. Overall great stay and would definitely stay there again!

Summary: Great location to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Park and many more close by activities. The rental and property were clean. The staff and property manager were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this property to others.

Summary: Overall a good stay. Only disappointment was the indoor pool being closed particularly with the weather not being brilliant. We could really have used it.

Summary: We thought the units could have been cleaner. Also, we were short of bath towels and blankets. Thought the kitchen could have been equipped with more cookware. The resort is conveniently located close to Busch Gardens, Colonial Village plus restaurants and grocery stores.
